Technology plays a large
role in making H&S Manufacturing products superior in design
and durability. Our design and manufacturing methods are state
of the art.
It all begins with an idea. H&S uses the latest technologies
in 3D Solid Modeling in its engineering departments to take their
ideas to the next step.
Raw materials are processed into the H&S line of products using
skilled personnel and the latest precision machines and tooling.

Engineering
work station. We use all 3D Solid Modeling for all our engineering.
Office
work station.
Amada
33 ton turret punch press. This turret punch press is CNC controlled,
with 58 tool stations and auto-repositioning.
Bystronic
3000-watt laser machine. The laser can cut material from 20 gauge
to 3/4" thick. This machine has a pallet shuttle system. The
machine has auto-nesting where a part can be cut-out of the scrap
from another part.
Milltronics
CNC machining center. The largest of our machining centers this machine
is used for milling, drilling and tapping.
Paint
booth. All products are cleaned with a phosphate wash. Then a bond
coat primer and an electrostatic paint are applied.
CNC
Press Brake. 250 ton, 16 feet wide.
Assembly
line for the H&S Twin Merger. All our products are welded in permanent
welding fixtures. This gives us excellent repeatability and greater
accuracy.
