PS6180 Power Spread Information
- 3/4″ thick vertical beaters vs. 1/2″ on some competitors.
- Vertical beaters feature “REVERSE FLIGHTING” on the top 20+″ of the beater flighting. This patented feature allows for an even spread pattern of material.
- Rubber tongue suspension is standard equipment – not an option like some of the competition!
- Single bolt easy adjust main apron chain.
- Heavy 2″ x 4″ x 1/4″ tubular apron slats.
- 3/4″ marine grade 80 log chain vs. competitors w/5/8″.
- Heavy duty rectangular tubing is used for the pole to ensure strength and long life.
- The bottom drive Monoblock Gearbox w/3-1/8″ output shafts vs. 2-1/ 2 on the competition.
- A constant velocity tractor PTO, and overrunning clutch on the gearbox PTO provides protection to the driveline.
- The hydraulically driven apron features “Heavy Duty Dual Drive Apron Gearboxes.”
- Beater blades are replaceable, and the beater assembly is removable for stockpiling manure.
- Removal of the beater assembly is done by simply removing the mounting bolts and disconnecting the PTO gearbox driveshaft.
- LED lighting is a standard feature.
