Claim Request Requirements
• H&S Manufacturing to determine if defective part returns are necessary. Distributor to hold parts until direction for disposal or return is given during claim process.
• All claim forms must be filled out completely and returned within 30 days of repair unless noted for H&S office use.
• All Decals, shields, and guards must be in place and fastened correctly during repair process
• If equipped PTO shield and Emergency stop mechanism must be complete and functioning properly
